Official Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
This giveaway is conducted by Prakāśa Bloom, operated by Sole Traders Sarah-Jane Porter & Narelle Link. ABN 15 628 227 193, Australia.

2. The Giveaway
Prakāśa Bloom is offering two women the opportunity to attend its Exhale & Reset retreat in Ubud, Bali, from 15–20 October 2026.
Two prizes are available:
FIRST PRIZE – A FULLY GIFTED RETREAT
One eligible entrant will receive a complimentary place at the Exhale & Reset Bali retreat.
Prize value: AUD $5480.
SECOND PRIZE – 50% OFF THE RETREAT
One eligible entrant will receive a 50% discount on the specified Exhale & Reset Bali retreat package.
Prize value: AUD $2740.
Each prize includes the retreat package inclusions specified below.
3. Prize Inclusions
The retreat prizes include:
Five nights of accommodation in the designated retreat room category at the private villa in Ubud, Bali.
Meals and refreshments included in the advertised retreat package.
Facilitated workshops and retreat activities.
Breathwork and somatic experiences.
Included cultural and local experiences.
Access to the retreat facilities.
Retreat resources and materials included in the standard package.
The prize does not include international or domestic flights, travel insurance, passport or visa expenses, additional accommodation, personal spending, optional treatments or experiences outside the included retreat itinerary.
Winners are responsible for organising and paying for their own travel to and from Bali and meeting applicable entry requirements.
4. Who Can Enter?
Entry is open to women aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must be available to attend the retreat in Bali from 15–20 October 2026.
Existing confirmed retreat guests are eligible to enter.
Employees, owners, facilitators and individuals directly involved in administering or drawing the giveaway are excluded.
No retreat purchase is necessary to enter.
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the promotional period:
Follow @prakasa_bloom
Like the original giveaway post.
Repost the giveaway using Instagram's Repost feature.
Tag a genuine friend in the comments.
Each additional genuine friend tagged in a separate comment counts as an additional entry.
Participants may receive one bonus entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Stories and tagging @prakasa_bloom.
Private account holders may be asked to provide a screenshot confirming their story share or repost.
Automated, fraudulent or fake entries will not be accepted.
6. Giveaway Dates
The giveaway opens on 23/9/2026 at the time of posting, Melbourne time.
Entries close on 1/10/2026 at 4pm, Melbourne time.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
7. Winner Selection
Two winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of selection.
The first eligible entry drawn will receive first prize.
The second eligible entry drawn will receive second prize.
The draw will take place on 1/10/2026 at 5pm AEST and announced on Instagram and the winner notified via Direct Message.
Each person may win only one prize.
Winners will be contacted directly by the official @prakasa_bloom Instagram account and notified in writing.
Winners' names will be announced on 1/10/2026 through the official Prakāśa Bloom website and Instagram account, and published as required by applicable law.
Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to allow sufficient time for retreat arrangements.
If a winner cannot be contacted despite reasonable efforts, declines the prize or is ineligible, a replacement winner may be selected through a further random draw in accordance with applicable law.
8. Already Booked Guests
Women who have already booked and confirmed their place at Exhale & Reset are welcome to participate.
Should an existing confirmed guest win FIRST PRIZE, Prakāśa Bloom will refund their eligible retreat investment in full and waive any remaining eligible retreat-package balance.
Should an existing confirmed guest win SECOND PRIZE, Prakāśa Bloom will apply a 50% discount to their eligible retreat-package investment.
Any amount already paid in excess of the revised amount will be refunded, and any remaining eligible balance adjusted accordingly.
Refunds will be calculated using the actual eligible retreat package price paid or agreed to by the guest, excluding additional services, flights or other excluded expenses.
9. Prize Conditions
Prizes apply exclusively to the Exhale & Reset Bali retreat held from 15–20 October 2026.
Prizes cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for another retreat or redeemed for cash, except for the advertised refund arrangements for existing confirmed guests.
Any changes to prizes will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian consumer and trade-promotion laws.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected from winners will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, arrange the retreat and fulfil the prizes.
Participant information will not be used for unrelated marketing without appropriate consent.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Participation in the giveaway does not guarantee a prize.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
Participants release Instagram from responsibility relating to the administration of this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
All giveaway communications will be issued by the official Prakāśa Bloom account.
Prakāśa Bloom will never request payment or financial information through Instagram direct messages as a condition of claiming a prize.
